Habitat for Humanity Seattle / South King County’s Home Improvement Outlet sells building materials at significantly discounted prices. New and gently used surplus and overstock products including doors, windows, lumber, plumbing fixtures, appliances and more are donated by manufacturers, retails store overstock and building contractors and sold at savings up to 50% off regular retail process. The Outlet’s 25,000 square feet of inventory is always changing and growing. Proceeds help Habitat for Humanity of Seattle and South King County build affordable homes.
